Wedding Service FAQ

Do you offer in-person consultations?

Initial consultations are done via phone call. We are also accessible via email during regular business hours. Our Day-Of Coordination service does include in-person meetings. 

Which regions do you service?

We happily serve clients that are planning a wedding in the Southern California region, specifically Orange County. 

Why is Pebble only available in Orange County?

We want to provide our clients with local and knowledgeable recommendations. We believe that by focusing on specific regions, we'll be able to achieve that goal.

What's the fine print?

  • Pebble does not currently offer full-service wedding planning.
  • The client makes all final vendor selections. Pebble's wedding service provides guidance, advice, and suggestions based on the information we receive.
  • We cannot guarantee the availability, quality, or performance of any vendor reviewed. The information we gather and pass to our clients is sourced from the vendor directly, pulled from the web or other sources.
  • Service cancellations must be in writing and received within 24-hours of purchase to avoid loss of any fees. Written cancellations submitted to hello@pebblewedding.com are acceptable.
  • The service fee is non-refundable and is forfeited if service is canceled after the 24-hour grace period. 
  • Paid fees will be refunded within ten business days if a cancellation request is received within the 24-hour grace period.
